Geffen
Playhouse Contest Rules
1. You must be at least
18 years old or older with a valid
2. Any person or persons
in your immediate household or family may qualify or win once per The Geffen
Playhouse sweepstakes. You can only win once every 60 days. If you win more than
once within the 60 days you, will be disqualified at the discretion of the
company. You are ineligible if you or any member of your immediate household or
family is an employee of The Geffen Playhouse, its marketing partners or
advertising agencies or if you have been a Geffen Playhouse employee within the
last 60 days.
3. The Geffen Playhouse
is not responsible for phone, fax, cellular phone or computer malfunctions.
4. All tax and other
liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the
recipient. No purchase necessary. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize
certificate not claimed within 60 days of winning.
5. Winner agrees to
release The Geffen Playhouse, its corporate licensee, The Geffen Playhouse
Incorporated, its officers, directors, holders, employees, agents, and
representatives from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to
acceptance of the prize.
6. To the extent that any
prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, The Geffen
Playhouse is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, lost ticket and
overbooking.
7. The Geffen Playhouse
has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any time or extend the dates
of a contest upon notice or to change contest rules.
8. The Geffen Playhouse
reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value.
9. Contest will terminate
at 12 midnight pacific time, Monday June 15, 2009. Winner will be announced
Tuesday, June 16, 2009 via phone and/or email.
10. Official contest
rules are available from The Geffen Playhouse during normal business hours.
